The new owners have kept some of the old rustic charm of the Battery Inn, retaining the original fireplace and wooden beams, the old place has been given a new lease of life. The Misty Burn Convenience Store only the best of fresh local produce from a wide range of local suppliers including fresh meat from Ferguson’s Cullybackey, bread and cakes from R.J. Kerrs and ice cream from Mauds and Cogry House Preserves.
Located in one of the borough’s most historic buildings, formerly The Battery Inn, The Misty Burn is full of old world rustic charm, making it the perfect place to go for breakfast, lunch, take-aways, daily specials, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea or to simply enjoy a coffee.
