If you are tired of formulaic Hollywood blockbusters try this little foray into the less-well-known cinema of our European neighbours. Over the course of six weeks we will consider the merits of an eclectic mix of films past and present including “Run, Lola, Run”, “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg”, “The Illusionist”, “Il Postino: The Postman”, “Nosferatu the Vampyre”, and “The Artist”. Each two-hour session will consist of an introduced screening and an opportunity for discussion after viewing, so prepare to be delighted and surprised.
