Fungal Foray at Oxford Island

If you are fascinated by fungi, then why not join the Northern Ireland Fungus Group at the Lough Neagh Discovery Centre for this special fungal foray ahead of the National Fungus Day in October.

Debbie Nelson, chair of the NI Fungus Group, will lead a walk around Oxford Island Nature Reserve to find out the different species of fungi that are present on-site. All ages are welcome to this free event but children need to be accompanied Outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear are advised as we will be walking off road.
