To celebrate the opening of the fantastic Seamus Heaney HomePlace, this year, we would love see children draw their favourite scene from a Seamus Heaney poem. Here are a few to get you started:

- Mid-Term Break
- Blackberry-Picking
- Strange Fruit
- Digging
- Lough Neagh Sequence
There are plenty of great poems to choose from and children are free to use whichever Seamus Heaney poem they want.
The top 10 entries will be short-listed on Facebook and the winner selected by public vote from 19th – 22nd December. The winner will be announced on the 22nd December on Facebook.
