Strawberry Tea Fair at The Ballance House

Lough Neagh Events July 2019: Join a guided tour of the House and Ulster-New Zealand Exhibition to find out who John Ballance was and hear about his many achievements including helping to secure the vote for women.

Price: Entrance donation – Adults £5 Children £2.50

Strawberry Tea Fair Event schedule:

 Guided House & Exhibition tours: 1, 2 & 3 pm (reduced event price £2)

Honey Badgers Go-karting: all afternoon (age 4-12, free)

Go Fly Your Kite: kite-making workshops at 12.30/1.30/2.30 pm.  Booking advised (email info@theballancehouse.com).  £4 per child (age 4+).

Rhyme Time NI: singalong at 12.30 pm

Face-painting: all afternoon (free)

Kids’ crafting: all afternoon (free)

 Join a guided tour of the House and Ulster-New Zealand Exhibition to find out who John Ballance was and hear about his many achievements including helping to secure the vote for women.  An additional House tour can be arranged at 11.30 am if you should be coming to the event with a Group (booking necessary – email info@theballancehouse.com).

The Craft Market will have a lovely range of homemade gifts available.  Welcome to our new crafters – Nitted Things & Haberdashery, The Quirky Flamingo, Art with Helena Rogan and Greenthumb HQ.

Our very popular children’s crafts and creative face-painting are free so bring the kids for a creative afternoon out.

Tea barn open for snacks and light lunches.  Dog friendly. Free car parking and disabled access.

All proceeds go the upkeep of The Ballance House.  Entrance donation £5 adults, children £2.50 and under 5’s free.  This includes a complimentary strawberry treat for everyone.
